Maui Snorkel Trip

Look at my cute little Brother, David...best seat on the boat. Captain Jack was nice enough to capture this Whale for me. I am so glad some of the Whales waited for me before their trip back to Alaska. Dolphins, Dolphins, Dolphins !!! WOW we got to swim with those Dolphins, they ended up coming into the bay where our last snorkel spot was. I still can't believe that happened. I hope to put up some of our underwater camera pictures up soon.

Maui Revealed

Ahh me and the boys! and a sunset what could be better??? Just look below, now that is perfect!
Waiting for the sunset is one of my favorite things, and of course the man in my arms.
The little dot on the left is Fouf and I in a Kayak, and the bigger dot on the right is a whale, it was AWESOME!!!
Okay we are just pretending, Utley peep's are not theif's. But look at all of that deliciousness.
Look at that water!!! Coby and I had a challenge with this team work task of kayaking! It was still fun. This is Napili Bay just a few feet from the boys' house!
Together at last...after almost two years. Brings a tear to my eye.
I even love the beard on my brother, I miss seeing them!

happy 14th birthday BLAKE

So the boy got the Ryan Sheckler board that we wanted, he is trying so hard not to smile about it. He is 14 !!! Every year I can get older just fine but now that he is getting older every year, now that is painful. BUT he is still an amazing kid, he loves to skate ans then when he is not skating he is thinking about the next time he can go skate, then when he is at home he plays the guitar or plays his "skate it" game on the wii (where you are on a board pretending to skate.) I love this kid!!!

A New Post...Finally

So this one is from last month when we had a snow day because 2 inches had blown into town. Coby had woke up to find Hannah outside enjoying the snow with ABBY. They had fun and enjoyed the day off of school. For the month of December the weatherman said we got 8000th the percent of the precipitation above normal in December. Crazy!!!

In Search of a Philly Cheesesteak

So my Mom Curtis and I were watching Throw Down with Bobby Flay on the Food Network last night and they did the most mouth watering looking cheesesteaks. (My mouth still watering) so I am on a search for the best Philly Cheesesteak in Washington County. This is where your help comes in, if you know of a great sandwich shop or where I could find a great cheesesteak...please help me out and let me know. I am afraid my mouth won't stop watering until I am satisfied. Thanks!!! And I will keep you posted on what I find or what I don't find.

Halloween 2008

Halloween was great this year, the boy got creative with his costume and Hannah did a retake of last years. We went to school and watched Hannah and Savie in their parade, we went to our Ward's trunk or treat, then to the community center and stopped by Pine Valley Townhomes on our way home. We then had a dump your candy and separate party at our house ( And they say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, Tyler) Blake made a HAUL, remember Korie when we were 13 and we were on a mission to fill the pillowcases? It was fun, thanks Kacie and Tyler for hanging out.

I think the favorite part for Hannah was the make up, she was late for class on Friday morning so she ran across the playground holding her dress up like it was the stroke of midnight, it was so cute.
